湖北大学密码与编码团队与法国巴黎第八大学长期保持紧密的合作关系，双方在科学研究及研究生联合培养等方面开展了广泛而深入的实质性合作。依托项目合作契机，团队特邀国际著名编码与密码学家、George Boole奖得主——法国巴黎第八大学Sihem Mesnager教授，于2026年4月至7月线上举办系列专题报告。本次系列报告聚焦密码函数理论的前沿问题，深入探讨其在对称密码设计与编码理论中的核心应用。

本次专题系统活动历时四个月，共三十余场，系统覆盖了从布尔函数基础理论到现代编码前沿应用的完整知识体系。Mesnager教授以扎实的数学功底和丰富的教学设计，循序渐进地讲授了布尔函数的代数结构、频谱特性、非线性度、相关免疫性、差分均匀性等核心概念，并深入阐述了这些性质在对称密码设计（如S盒、流密码、分组密码）中的关键作用。在此基础上，报告进一步聚焦于布尔函数与线性码之间的深刻内在联系，详细讨论了由各类特殊函数诱导出的少重量码、最小码、局部可修复码等编码对象的构造方法与性能分析，并延伸至向量函数、APN函数、对偶性等前沿课题。整个系列既注重理论根基，又紧扣当前研究热点，为听众呈现了一幅清晰而完整的学科图景。

湖北大学密码与编码团队的师生全程聆听了系列报告，并积极参与了与Mesnager教授的讨论交流。通过这一系列高水平的学术报告，团队师生对密码函数及其在对称密码和编码理论中的应用的前沿动态有了更为系统和深入的理解，受益匪浅。Mesnager教授严谨的学术风范和深入浅出的讲解方式，也给师生们留下了深刻印象。

Sihem Mesnager教授简介：Sihem Mesnager (IEEE Member) is currently a Professor of Mathematics at the University of Paris VIII (LAGA, CNRS) and an Adjunct Professor at Telecom Paris Institute (Polytechnique of Paris). Her research spans discrete mathematics, symmetric cryptography, coding theory, commutative algebra, and computational algebraic geometry. She has authored or co-authored over 200 articles, two books, and three book chapters, and delivered more than 125 conference presentations. She serves as Editor-in-Chief of Advances in Mathematics of Communications, on the editorial boards of several international journals, and was an Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Information Theory (2014–2021). She has chaired or co-chaired 18 international conferences and served on over 50 program committees. Since 2016, she has been President of the IEEE Information Theory French Chapter, and she heads the AGC3 research group at LAGA. She received the 2020 First International George Boole Prize. She is an elected member (2024–2027) of the National Council of Universities (CNU) for mathematics in France.
